YOGA is a vinyasa based practice for all levels, with intelligent and effective sequencing to help you flow through each posture with intention. Each class follows a structure that allows freedom and creativity for the instructor to create a sequence around a theme, area of the body and/or a peak pose.
LAB WERK: BUTT + CORE
LAB WERK: BUTT + CORE: This 25 minute class features a warmup and core section to the beat of the music, and two rounds of off-the-beat intervals designed to tone the butt and strengthen the core, two of our greatest stabilizing muscle groups. Expect bodyweight exercises, frequent use of a resistance band, and to end class with a cool down stretch. (INTERMEDIATE)
